I am of the opinion that inspite of struggle and turbulence most of us trying to prepair themselves to fight for the their best in life. Thus, it is the very basic zeal through which we are able to stand even in very tough conditions.
Everyone has his own source of inspiration which is always contributing for recharging one’s inner strength in continuous pattern. At the time of grief and tripped situations all of us use to pray for peace, solice and tranquility from Almighty, nothing else. I, in my opinion without hurting any one’s feeling that GOD FEARING persons are more able to defuse their psychological pressure and tension in comparison to those who are reluctant towards the authority of EESHWARA. Actually like invertor charging is required for us also in the form of belief ( ASTHA) in THAKURJI and for this charging in Santana Dharma we have freedom to perform Pujana – Yajana of any Deity in any form. 8n BHAGAVATA GEETA Shree Krishna clarifies that

Means, worship me in any manner, I will accept you. This is the way we are living in our SANATANA DHARMA.
In the material, consumeristic and ruthless competitive age, as we are living in is very difficult and challenging job to prevent the fragmentation of Personality. The process to maintain and intact the structure of personality called STRESS MANAGMENT, is very famous in common life and in rapid developing and accelerating Corporate sector.
In our ancient scriptures we can easily found easy solutions of this big problem. The main requirement is to overcome the frustration content at the time of execution process, which may be very tire some, but very essential to obtain the desired goal. We can explore immense possibilities with the help of our rich heritage of UPANISHADA GRANTHAS. According to RIGVEDA

AYAMA MEY HASTO BHAGAVATTARAHA
Means, our hand is ISHWAR and the thought is more expanded in continuance to establish the theory of KARMA that our hand is even more powerful than the ISHWAR. It does not means that we are above the ISHWAR or trying to undermine his power but it signifies the discretion of mankind to initiate the specific cause by hand which is blessed with the power of ISHWAR.
If we are expecting any thing in our life without considering the importance of KARMA then how we can enjoy the fruits of success. In the condition the state of mind will cause complete fragmentation and imbalance of Personality structure. So we have to concentrate into the issue very seriously.
This is psychological impossibility to activate and energize himself without expectation of any resultant fruit. This type of confusion is not created by SRIMAD BHAGAVADA GEETA’s dictum
NISHKAMA KARMA .
The very message of GEETA is at the time of execution of any work, you should not disturb yourself by the dreams of later enjoyment of fruits of success as a consequence of your said execution of work. With this virus of imagination of enjoyment you will lose the tempo of execution for your desired goal and efforts will be futile also.
Again if we talk about distress, confusion about near and dear and conflicting goals and we have no adviser to direct us for balanced decision. In my opinion only introspection of your soul will guide you to make wise decisions. VASUDEVA is always living in your heart and you have to talk some pain to experience ALLMIGHTY. Actually all of us have some under current who’s vibration help us to restrain from wrong judgement.
According to ancient sages when we start chanting loudly with out any hesitation then tension will decrease on continuous manner and at the same time we experience our power of judgement again. VASUDEVA is always intended to enlighten us with the the wisdom of descrition. This is very essential to understand.
I can say that I myself is religious person and trying always to give way out for so may complex problem from exploration of our ancient scriptures with out hurting any one’s feeling.
