Post covid disruptions and opportunities workshop organised

इलाहाबाद मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन और मेरठ मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन ने 17 जुलाई ‘२०२१ को शाम ४ बजे एक ऑनलाइन जॉइंट वर्कशॉप आयोजित किया जिसका विषय था, “ पोस्ट कोविड डिसरप्संस एंड ओपोर्चिनीटी(कोविड के बाद का विखराव और मौका)”।

इस वर्कशॉप के मुख्य वक्ता थे – श्री रवि प्रकाश, अध्यक्ष, इलाहाबाद मनेजमेंट एसोसियेशन|इस चर्चा में, रवि प्रकाश जी ने, ऑनलाइन सहभागियों को कोविड पैन्डेमिक के बाद अर्थव्यवस्था के संगठित क्षेत्र के साथ साथ असंगठित क्षेत्र हुई गिरावट के बारे में एक संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी |इन विषम परिस्थितियों के बाद भी कुछ ऐसे भी क्षेत्र और इंडस्ट्रीज थे जिन्होंने इनका जम कर मुकाबला किया और अर्थव्यवस्था में गिरती रफ़्तार को संभालने की पुरी चेष्टा की | इन सेक्टरों ने जैसे की कृषि, ई-कौमर्स, वेलनेस, फर्मास्युटिकल्स, इन्फोर्मेशन टेक्नोलोजी आदि ने कोविड पेन्डेमिक से हुई उथल पुथल के बीच काफी इन्नोवेटिव कदम उठाये जिनसे कोविड के बाद के भारत की अर्थव्यव्स्था में काफी सुधार हुई | इनकी वजह से उपभोक्ताओं के व्यवहार और सोच में काफी विश्वास पैदा हुआ और भारत में ई कॉमर्स क्षेत्र को नयी दिशा और गति मिली |

कोविड के दौरान लोगों के राशन पानी की ऑनलाइन खरीद काफी बढ़ गयी और होम सैनेटाईजेशन का ऑनलाइन कारोबार भी कई गुना बढ़ गया | हेल्थकेयर और उत्पादन की ईकाईयों में निवेश की मात्रामें भारी वृद्धी हुई | टेलीमेडीसीन और ऑनलाइन चिकित्सीय एप्प से परामर्ष भी लोगों में काफी लोकप्रिय हो गए | फिटनेस गैजेट्स उत्पादन करने वाली इकाइयों में हेल्थ केयर निवेशकों द्वारा भारी मात्रा में निवेश किये गये| त्रि-आयामी उत्पादन और एनीमेशन के क्षेत्र में काफी विकाश हुआ जिसकी बदौलत भारत अंतराष्ट्रीय बाजार में एक प्रबल प्रतिस्पर्धी बनकर उभरा है | आने वाले दिनों में, कृषि क्षेत्र से होने वाले आयों में अभूतपूर्व वृद्धी होगी | कृषि चैटबौट्स और सेंसर वाले ड्रोन भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए क्रांतिकारी सिद्ध होंगे | इन्फोर्मेशन टेक्नोलोजी , शिक्षा, इन्स्योरेंश, फ़ूड प्रोसेशिंग क्षेत्र में लिए गये सुधार के क़दमों से अर्थव्यवस्था को एक नई गति मिलेगी | अगर इन सुधारों को सही तरीके से लागू किया जाए तो वैश्विक बाजार में भारत एक मजबूत सहभागी होगा |

इस वर्कशॉप की शुरुआत श्री गौरव जैन, अध्यक्ष मेरठ मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन ने मुख्य वक्ता के परिचय से किया और धन्यवाद ज्ञापन श्री विभव बाजपेई, भूतपूर्व अध्यक्ष ईलाहाबाद मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन द्वारा किया गया | सदस्यों के द्वारा भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के वर्कशॉप के आयोजन के लिए आग्रह किया गया |

डा० शांति चौधरी जनसंपर्क अधिकारी इलाहाबाद मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन और श्री कपिल गहलोत, मेरठ मैनेजमेंट एसोसिएशन ने मिलकर इस वर्कशॉप का सफलता पूर्वक संचालन किया।

 Allahabad Management Association and Meerut Management Association jointly organised a virtual workshop Rebuilding India Post Covid Disruptions and Opportunities on 17th July . The speaker was Mr Ravi Prakash President Allahabad Management Association. In his address to the members Mr Prakash deliberated about the downslide in economy caused by the Covid pandemic and the disturbances in the organised as well as unorganised sectors. However inspite a negative scenario there were some sectors and industries which played their part and arrested the further downslide in economy. Sectors like Agriculture , E.retail , Wellness , Pharmaceuticals, Entertainment , IT & ITES underwent lot of disruptions and innovations and will reshape post Covid India.The consumer behaviour and mindset has changed now and online marketing is the new trend. Online grocery is the new sunrise sector along with home sanitisation. Huge investments are projected in healthcare and manufacturing. Telemedicines are the new buzz and doctor consutling apps are on the rise. Fitness equipments and apps will attract more investments with the manufacturers tie up with health providers. 3D manufacturing and animation will lead to a lot of automation and our country will be in a position to manufacture for the global market. Agriculture will be the biggest revenue churner . Agricultural chatbots , and drones with sensors will be a revolutionary step. Further innovations in IT , Education ,Insurance Food industry and others will help us regain lost ground. Although the economic picture is uncertain if the powers to be play their cards well India is poised for a quantum leap globally.
Mr Gaurav Jain President, Meerut Management Association introduced the speaker and Mr Vibhav Bajpai past president AMA proposed the vote of thanks. The session was well accepted and informative. The members requested to conduct more such joint sessions on a regular basis.
