The residents of Sai Dham Nakshatra Apartments celebrated Republic Day and Basant Panchami on 26 January with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The celebrations started with the flag hoisting by Captain Anil Chaturvedi and singing of the national anthem by the members of the society.It was a sea of colours all around and the presence of kids waving the national flags.

This was followed by Saraswati Vandana and floral offerings to the deity of wisdom. What unfolded next was a sight to behold.It was a colourful dance pagent by the children of the society, showcasing the varied dance forms of the different states of our country.The whole event was excellently choreographed and coordinated by Mrs Swati Mishra and Mrs Ragni Rai of the society. They deserve a lot of compliments.The children deserve praise and blessings for their enthusiasm and presentation.
A quiz on Indian Parliament and Constitution was also organised which tested the knowledge of those present.
Mr Pradeep Pandey President of the society addressed the members while Captain Anil Chaturvedi apprised the audience about the importance of Republic Day .Mr Ravi Prakash shared some information regarding why Basant Panchami is celebrated and it’s significance.

A sumptuous high tea followed .It was arranged by Captain Chaturvedi.
The office bearers of the society and the executive committee members worked hard in making the program a grand success.

साईं धाम नक्षत्र अपार्टमेंट के निवासियों ने 26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस और बसंत पंचमी को बड़े जोश और उत्साह के साथ मनाया। समारोह की शुरुआत कैप्टन अनिल चतुर्वेदी द्वारा ध्वजारोहण और society के सदस्यों द्वारा राष्ट्रगान के गायन के साथ हुई। यह चारों ओर रंगों का समुद्र था और राष्ट्रीय ध्वज लहराते बच्चों की उपस्थिति थी।

इसके बाद सरस्वती वंदना और ज्ञान की देवी को पुष्प अर्पित किए गए। इसके बाद जो सामने आया वह देखने लायक था। यह हमारे देश के विभिन्न राज्यों के विभिन्न नृत्य रूपों को प्रदर्शित करते हुए society के बच्चों द्वारा एक रंगीन नृत्य प्रतियोगिता थी। पूरे कार्यक्रम को श्रीमती स्वाति मिश्रा और श्रीमती रागनी द्वारा उत्कृष्ट रूप से कोरियोग्राफ और समन्वित किया गया था। .वे ढेर सारी बधाई के पात्र हैं। बच्चे अपने उत्साह और प्रस्तुति के लिए प्रशंसा और आशीर्वाद के पात्र हैं।
भारतीय संसद और संविधान पर एक प्रश्नोत्तरी भी आयोजित की गई जिसमें उपस्थित लोगों के ज्ञान का परीक्षण किया गया।

Society के अध्यक्ष प्रदीप पांडेय ने सदस्यों को संबोधित किया जबकि कैप्टन अनिल चतुर्वेदी ने श्रोताओं को गणतंत्र दिवस के महत्व से अवगत कराया। श्री रवि प्रकाश ने बसंत पंचमी क्यों मनाई जाती है और इसके महत्व के बारे में कुछ जानकारी साझा की।

उसके बाद एक शानदार हाई टी। इसकी व्यवस्था कैप्टन चतुर्वेदी ने की थी।

कार्यक्रम को भव्य रूप से सफल बनाने में society के पदाधिकारियों व कार्यकारिणी समिति के सदस्यों ने कड़ी मेहनत की।
