Senior journalist Mahesh Narayan Choudhary passed away


Mr. Mahesh Narayan Choudhary, a former senior journalist passed away on 17th April 2020 in Mumbai. He was 73 year old. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters. He was not keeping well for quite some time due to brain stroke injuries.

Mr. Choudhary was born in 1947 in Madhubani district Bihar. He joined English news daily Northern India Patrika, Allahabad edition as a journalist in 1983 and was associated with it till his final days in the daily. He was involved in various social activities and was involved in several developmental projects.

He had been bedridden for last few years due to paralytic attacks. Yesterday he left his profound memory forever. He was a man of great will and wisdom. There is a village dedicated to his name “Mahesh Nagar “ which he had nurtured during his initial struggling days in the village. He possessed tremendous knowledge of Ayurveda and was a great practitioner for the needful ones.

Journalists of Allahabad and his old colleagues have condoled his sad demise.
